This is very expensive and comes in a very small bottle that will last you about two months and a half. The thing is, this product works very well. I have eczema and very sensitive skin and this has helped to sooth my rashes and bumps on my arms and face. After using it at night, my skin is very soft and plump in the morning. Despite it working very well, I’m just not purchasing this again. It’s far too expensive and there’s other lotions that don’t work as well but still do the job.

Product is not greasy or heavy, but does leave a somewhat thick coat on skin. Great for moisturizing dry skin but have not noticed benefits for acne. Little to no scent or smell.

We picked this out for our 17 year old son who has acne prone skin. He has been using this serum on the regular, in attempt to maintain his acne break-outs to a minimum; and, so far, he has noticed that his pimples are not as prominent as before (he is also getting regular facials on top of using this spot treatment).This is the 4th item we have tried from this brand and we have been pretty happy with their facial care items and their results.He says he will continue to use.

I love products that contain centella asiatica. It worked really well for my skin. The texture of this cream is more of a gel side, but I love how it absolves.

Got this cream to treat some troubled spots. I noticed that the acne under the treated areas was slowly disappearing. It does a really good job without drying out your skin. It also helps moisturize so you get a two in one.

I had never heard of cica cream before, but decided to try this. I had to search online for directions, since there really wasn't much on the box or the actual tube. I used it at night, to try to sooth my skin after my salicylic acne gel dried out my skin and turned it red. To my surprise, my skin was nowhere near as red the next morning! It seems to have healing properties, and it was so nice to put it on my face - it did not feel greasy, nor matte, and it wasn't heavy at all; it just left my skin smooth and nourished! A little goes a long way on this. There are many times in the winter especially, when the dry air ruins my skin, but since using this cream, I've felt so much more comfortable! Since it says its used for blemish repair, I'm going to see what happens if I use it in place of other acne products...

I usually have some spots on my face pop up inevitably around “that time of the month.” This time I was prepared with this salve, and not only did it make the spots feel better upon contact, it also seems to have cleared my face back up quicker than what may have occurred naturally. Applies easily and scent isn’t unpleasant.

So I will confess to some real confusion about this product and trying to figure out what its actually best as... I originally picked up for a teen and acne but after a couple days it was headed to the not being used bin. Likely more because of a creature of being comfortable with other products. It here that I started to look again the the product description and started to think this might actually be a better soother/moisturizer and sure enough having some very positive results for this use. Here is the funny thing, the instructions are non-existent but it warns against using on eczema yet I have what I guess would be called super mild eczema like red, dry, warm spots and tried this cream with some rather immediate calming effects. Long term results are still pending but have to say consider this a really strong soothing cream. Not greasy, doesn't seem to dry or tighten skin like I would have expected for acne but again perhaps acne and acne blemish are far different and I just wasn't looking at it right. Glad a fell in to perhaps the real use as it works clearly by clearing and soothing.,...

I got a little worried the other day because I could feel an infection starting to sprout up around my nose. Couldn't quite see it yet, but I could feel that all too familiar sore area that would only result in no good if left unchecked. Got this stuff just in time. Used it several times directly on the spot. Within one day, I could already feel it getting smaller and less sore. Continued to use this a couple times a day. After about two or three days, it's now completely cleared up with no sensations at all.Neat and clean with really no smell to speak of. Does not leave you with a trail of telltale cream. Rubs in easily without residuals. All healing goodness without any of the fuss.
