I've noticed when i use it an increase in stamina and energy. It's a bit bitter, recommend using with honey or in a beverage.

For someone who actually knows the taste of real natural ginseng, it does taste fine, for someone who does not know it may taste funny or weird.No matter what, it will help your energy level.My way to take it is simple - a single enclosed half spoon with a teaspoon of honey early morning, half an hour before breakfast with a glass of water.

The product itself is great, the taste takes a bit getting use to and is is exactly what it says.My only problem with the purchase is Amazon packed the glass bottle in an envelope that was not padded and that could have caused the glass jar to break. Luckily it didn't break and the little bit of padding in the box was able to absorb most of the shock. The box was definitely damaged in shipping the short distance and had it needed to travel any further would have definitely resulted in a broken glass jar.Please pack more carefully and read what it is you are packing!

After trying this Korean red jinseng extract from various companies, I've found this one is the best. I was just concerned if this product is genuine from Cheongkwnangang because it is expensive and I had one experience of buying Prade sunglasses from a seller on Amazon years ago that turned out fake. This is my 3rd time buying from this seller and I am certain this seller is a genuine Cheongkwnangang.

Does Everything that it claims to help with!! I def notice a change.. way more alert, In a good mood, crazy energy.. the taste is not the best def bitter and thick. I dissolve it in a lil hot water add a small amount of agave and it literally taste like strong black coffee with a lil sweetener. 10/10
