Pyunkang Yul Ultimate Calming Solution Toner is a lightweight, water-type toner formulated for reactive, sensitive, and breakout-prone skin. It combines the patented ACC™ soothing complex with AHA, PHA, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid to help calm visible irritation, refine rough texture, and support the skin’s moisture barrier.

How to Use

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to the hands or a cotton pad and gently sweep over the skin. Pat lightly until absorbed. For extra soothing care, soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on areas that need additional attention.
