However, some noted it leaves a white or pink cast that requires extra rubbing. While it hydrates and doesn't cause breakouts, shoppers with deeper skin tones may experience ashiness.

Good quality

This is lightweight and contains a lot of moisturising and skin conditioning agents, and does not feel greasy, which is an exception with me. I have mature skin that used to be oily, and I struggle to find a good sunscreen for my face. This also has a good level of UVA and B protection. It does seem to include a lot of different silicones, or silicone-like ingredients, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I am not sure about the pink tone thing, and think that might a translation error, as this is not really tinted. It is at first, but once applied, it turns clear and leaves no colour or residue. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion. I try to use or test all products, or if I can't, I at least check them. You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don't want to add it to every review.

Very effective sunscreen but make sure you don't mind the 'tone up' effect

This is a great sunscreen by Cell Fusion, which is a well established Korean skin care brand who makes a lot of other popular sunscreens. It offers SPF 50+ and UVA ++++ protection, and is a mineral based sunscreen with zinc and titanium oxide as the main ingredients. It comes in a really nice elegant matte tube packaging with a thin nozzle, very easy to squeeze out product, and the sunscreen itself has a thicker smooth consistency which feels really nourishing on my face and doesn't seem like it'll sweat off throughout the day. It does have a smidge of pinkness to it, which is probably the product leaning into the white cast that's inherent in chemical sunscreens which use white pigment to block out UV rays. On my skin it made me ever so slightly lighter and cooler toned. I think if you're deeper skin toned you may have a slightly more exaggerated white cast with this sunscreen, so maybe it's marketed more towards the Asian market. In addition to being a sunscreen, it also has some solid skin care ingredients like ceramide, tocopherol, so I'm happy using this on my face regularly.

Smells lovely

I really do like this brand and the packaging is always cute. This is a two in one place owning sunscreen that not only protects you from the sun it also improves skin texture and tone. On applying the cream it smells really nice it has sort of a tea tree smell to it. And the cream itself isn't to heavy and dries and smooth the skin. I really like it. I'm super happy with with it and highly reccomend it. Thankyou!

Cell Fusion C Toning Sunscreen 100

I recently tried the Cell Fusion C Toning Sunscreen 100, and I'm very impressed with this product's performance as both a sunscreen and a tone-up cream. This Korean sunscreen is designed to provide high-level sun protection while also giving the skin a subtle brightening effect. The sunscreen boasts a powerful SPF 50+ & PA++++ rating, ensuring excellent broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. This is a crucial feature for daily sun care. What sets this product apart is its "toning" effect. It has a slightly pinkish-beige tint that works to even out the complexion and correct dullness. It gives the skin a healthy, luminous glow without looking chalky or leaving a noticeable white cast on fair to medium skin tones. It acts as a fantastic makeup base, providing a natural-looking filter effect that makes the skin look smoother and brighter. The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy or heavy. The inclusion of Niacinamide is a great bonus, as this ingredient is known for its skin-brightening and soothing properties. It feels comfortable on the skin and wears well throughout the day.Overall, this is an excellent multi-tasking product. It's a fantastic choice for anyone who wants high sun protection combined with a makeup-like "tone-up" effect. It's a great all-in-one for a natural, glowing complexion.

Lightweight brightening sunscreen moisturiser

I'm happy to try out this Cell Fusion C toning sunscreen because I already use and love their laser sunscreen. I have sensitive, mature skin that burns easily so I've always used a sunscreen with SPF50 for my face. This toning sunscreen offers UVA and UVB SPF50+ & PA++++ protection while also offering a brightening and moisturising effect with the inclusion of Niacinamide that is known to improve skin tone. This sunscreen has a slight fruity chemical smell that disappears quite quickly and is a light pink cream that feels lightweight and easy to apply with no dragging on my skin. There is a pale cast at the time of application but the cream doesn't feel heavy or greasy on my skin. After a short time it absorbs into the skin well, the cast disappears and it feels like a lightweight daytime moisturiser. Although our weeks of sunshine have passed I wore it outside as a regular moisturiser and liked that it didn't irritate my skin or my eyes.I like it a lot but if I could only have one then I would choose their C Laser sunscreen for anti-aging as my favourite for my mature skin. These tubes only contain 50ml and that might seem quite a small amount of sunscreen to travel with. However, this slimline tube is so easy to hold and two or three tubes would be easy to pack. I think it's good value for money.

Bright, lightweight & luxury feel! 🩷

Impressed with this Natural Tone-Up Face Sunscreen! It feels like more than just sun protection, although it’s too early to say if it brightens my complexion/evens out skin tone. But it does doubles as a lightweight primer and moisturizer. The SPF 50+ and PA++++ give me confidence I’m properly protected from UVA and UVB rays and Niacinamide is a bonus as it is proven to helps with dullness. It does leave a slight white/pink cast on my tanned skin tone but, it’s slight and it’s not enough to make me not love it. It’s is not sticky, oily or greasy, it goes on seamlessly. I have to mention it’s light fragrance which for me is subtle and beautiful. It has a pretty long ingredients list (see photo). The formula is smooth, absorbs quickly. The packaging deserves a mention: It’s simple and sleek, feels very luxurious and both the outer box and the product itself clearly show the expiry date, which is a generous 2 years from now.I’ve brought this on a hot tropical holiday and my face which tans quickest is protected compared to my body using this. I love it 100% recommend and would buy this product!

Lightweight amd buildable.

Easy to dispense and a little goes a long way. It's compact and travel-friendly. It arrived with an expiry date of just under 2 years and so plenty of time to use it by.It's lightweight and absorbs well. I apply it on top of my moisturiser and then use my foundation on top. It's not drying and it doesn't crack at the creases. Hasn't changed the colour of my foundation either and doesn't leave behind a white cast. Doesn't leave behind a greasy residue but it does leave a subtle sheen. I have combination skin with a slightly greasy T-zone, so I have found myself reaching out for my setting powder after a few hours of wear.Overall, buildable and hasn't caused my sensitive skin any redness or breakouts. I'd be happy to recommend.

Keeps Me Safe in the Sun

I'm out in the sun a great deal due to my hobby of photographing, well, the sun, so it's kind of an occupational hazard only for a hobby. What I love about the Cell Fusion C Toning Sunscreen is not only does it shield me from the big love of my life, but it's somewhat like a little pamper session. It really hydrates my skin and gives me that addictive slightly plump feeling. Which is wonderful because back in my childhood I didn't enjoy those greasy suntan lotions one bit. Thankfully, this SPF is actually an enjoyable experience.

Leaves a white cast on me

This Cell Fusion C sunscreen feels lovely going on. However, it's very white and requires a lot of rubbing in. Even 30 minutes after applying and with repeated rubbing, this made me look paler than I actually am. This is quite the achievement with my vampire-esque tones! I suspect darker skin tones might look quite ashy with this sunscreen. The sunscreen feels refreshing and moisturising, but probably better under make-up than not. I'm not a make up wearer but find I have to use a little powder to stop myself looking greasy with this.I'll keep this sunscreen to use when I'm out in the garden, but not for days when I'm out in public. I don't want anyone to think I'll bite!

DOES THE JOB

I took this to Tenerife and used it every other day, because I was also trying another product. This is quite a thick consistency but it did rub in eventually. It felt nice on my skin, but it did leave a pale, whiteish look in places. I found that some more rubbing got rid of that. Protection wise, it did a great job.

Gives a toning effect with even skin tone.

This is a good quality sunscreen. It is a lightweight sunscreen that is kind of invisible on the skin. The main thing I liked about this sunscreen is that it doesn't give a white cast. It just feels like skin and gets absorbed easily. But leaves a nice toning effect on the skin which gives a even out look. This sunscreen has a creamy consistency and spreads very evenly giving an even moisture look.I have a normal skin type and it doesn't give any oily look. It need very little hence will last longer. It is good before applying makeup.the tube is very small and easy to carry around. The price is the same as other brands in the market and I would definitely recommend it.

smooth and natural finish

I’ve been using the Cell Fusion C Toning Face Sunscreen 100 and I’m really impressed. It doesn’t leave my skin oily, and it layers beautifully under makeup — I applied a BB cream after it, and the finish was smooth and natural. My skin feels hydrated without any white cast or sticky residue, which is a big plus. It’s also very resistant to water; even after washing with sulfur soap, I still needed micellar water to remove it properly.

Provides Sun Protection But I Still Need To Use a Moisturiser

I have sensitive skin and always use sunscreen with at least SPF 50 on my face. I was drawn to this one because it contains niacinamide—well known for its skin-brightening properties—and the bold claim that it can replace both moisturiser and primer. The faintly pink-tinted cream spreads well, so you don’t need much. It didn’t leave me with a white cast, but I did end up with a noticeable pink pallor. Perhaps that’s the “brightening effect” they refer to. My skin looked lighter, but I wouldn’t exactly call it radiant. After about 10 minutes, the lightness faded and my normal skin tone returned. While the cream felt greasy at first, it dried fairly quickly to a nice matte finish. As for the claim that it eliminates the need for moisturiser or primer—I’d have to disagree. It didn’t give me enough hydration for makeup to go on smoothly, and without primer, my foundation dragged on my skin. This is just my first impression after three uses before playing golf. It protected my skin well from the sun and wind, and I’m hopeful that with continued use, I might see added skincare benefits alongside the sun protection.

Brightening sunscreen that doubles as a tone-up base for a healthy, radiant look

The Cell Fusion C Toning Sunscreen 100 is a lovely everyday sunscreen that goes beyond just UV protection. With SPF 50+ and PA++++, it provides strong coverage against both UVA and UVB rays, which gives me peace of mind when I’m out and about. But what sets it apart is its natural tone-up effect – it instantly gives the skin a brighter, more even appearance without looking chalky or artificial. The texture is lightweight and spreads easily, blending into the skin without leaving that heavy, greasy feeling many sunscreens tend to have. I especially like that it contains niacinamide, which not only supports long-term skin brightening but also helps smooth out uneven tone and keeps the skin looking healthy. The finish is a soft, natural radiance rather than a harsh white cast, which makes it suitable for most skin tones.I’ve noticed that it works particularly well as a base under makeup. It slightly blurs imperfections, smooths the surface, and gives foundation something to grip onto, which helps it last longer throughout the day. On light makeup days, I often just wear this on its own since it provides enough of a glow and evenness to make my skin look fresh and awake. It doesn’t pill with skincare underneath, and it feels breathable even when worn for hours. The only thing to note is that if you prefer a completely invisible sunscreen with no brightening effect, this might not be the best fit. But for those who enjoy a natural, subtle tone-up finish, it’s a great multi-tasking product.Overall, this sunscreen is both protective and beautifying, giving that extra boost of radiance and confidence while keeping the skin well-defended against sun damage.

Lightweight hybrid sunscreen with a few caveats.

This sunscreen feels light on the skin and spreads easily without leaving a heavy film. The 50ml tube, priced at £18 and made in Korea, is convenient, and the texture works well under makeup. It gives a slight tone-up effect, making the skin look brighter, though depending on your skin tone it can lean a little pink or grey. It’s a hybrid sunscreen, containing both physical filters (zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in nano form) and chemical filters (homosalate and ethylhexyl salicylate). Hybrid formulas are becoming more common in skincare because they offer broad-spectrum protection while feeling lighter on the skin, blending easily, and often reducing irritation compared to high concentrations of mineral-only sunscreens. There are some ingredients to be aware of. It contains essential oils like lavender, orange, and basil, plus fragrance allergens such as linalool and limonene, which give it a noticeable scent. If your skin is sensitive or reacts to fragrance, a patch test is a good idea. Retinyl Palmitate is also included, which can increase sun sensitivity in some cases.Personally, I don’t mind using a hybrid sunscreen because it combines the best of both physical and chemical filters. The only slight drawback for me is the fragrance allergens. While I don’t have sensitive skin, I normally avoid any fragrance in skincare since it can cause sensitivity in the long run, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Absorbs really well

I was expecting not to like this toning sunscreen but having tried it I have changed my opinion. I can’t comment on the spf factor but as a cream on my skin it is quite good. I tried some on the back of my hand first and then my face. When first applied the cream does feel like typical suncreen, thick and leaving a white sheen. However as I carried on rubbing in the sheen disappeared and there was no greasy feel or any residue left on the surface of my skin. My skin felt quite moisturised and not all greasy. Nor did it sting or make my eyes water as some sunscreen creams do. Summer is over here but this would make a good daily cream anyway.
