Soft application and not greasy.

I saw this in TikTok I had to try. I get really tired eyes and I don’t want to use to much concealer. I have been applying it after light make up. I must say with the soft applicator it massages your dark circles while applying and it’s not greasy at all. Yrs and it has the cooling sensation that relaxes your under eye skin.
