How to Use
Shake well before use until the water and oil layers are thoroughly mixed. Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount, gently press and wipe over the eye and lip areas, then cleanse the face and rinse thoroughly. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.
