Return Timeframe

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
If the return is a result of our error, we're happy to cover the return shipping costs. For example:

- If the item is damaged or defective
We won't refund the shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind or no longer needed. These costs are your responsibility. The cost of returning the item to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process is complete.

As part of our customer-centric approach, we'll make every effort to quickly and easily address your concerns and minimize inconvenience. Handling Damaged Items Received
Despite our best efforts to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, issues may still occur. If you receive damaged items, please accept our apologies. Please do not refuse delivery but accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in delays in the parcel being returned. Please include pictures of the damage you have received in your email. Our team members will review the details and provide the best solution to address your concerns.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
