RETURN POLICY FAQ'S

Return and Refund Policy

Return Timeframe
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
We want all our customers to enjoy their products, so if you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
If the return is a result of our error, we're happy to cover the return shipping costs. For example:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is damaged or defective
We won't refund the shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind or no longer needed. These costs are your responsibility. The cost of returning the item to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process is complete.

Handling Incorrect Items Received
While we strive for excellence in packaging your orders, mistakes can happen. If you've received an incorrect item, please accept our apologies. As part of our customer-centric approach, we'll make every effort to quickly and easily address your concerns and minimize inconvenience. Each case of product return will be individually reviewed, and in some instances, we may require additional information (such as pictures) to determine the best course of action. Our aim is to provide you with the best solution as quickly as possible. You can contact us through the online messaging center in your account.

Handling Damaged Items Received
Despite our best efforts to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, issues may still occur. If you receive damaged items, please accept our apologies. Please do not refuse delivery but accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in delays in the parcel being returned. Please include pictures of the damage you have received in your email. Our team members will review the details and provide the best solution to address your concerns.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as promotional items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable in the product description. If you have any questions about returning items, please contact us at info@josephbeauty.com.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Request Form. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Despite the above provisions, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without needing any justification. As mentioned above, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@josephbeauty.com.

If your order complies with the [Return and Refund Policy], please fill out the [Return Application Form] at the bottom of this page. After we receive your application, we will usually contact you within 24 hours.
