I've recently realized I have wavy/curly hair. I always just thought it was frizzy and "squiggly". I seriously had no idea!What that means is that I am a full adult who has no idea how to shape her hair properly to make it look pretty. I do the TikTok rules (shower, brush and separate, scrunch, mousse in the shower, scrunch, lots of gel in the shower, scrunch, micro-plop, separate, scrunch, pixie diffuse, air-dry, crunch out the cast) and my hair looks great... and then falls flat after a few hours in the Florida humidity. I was recommended trying hairspray before I crunch out the cast, and some more AFTER I take out all the cast.Let me just tell you, this hairspray has been AMAZING for that! It really does hold very strong, and when the humidity strikes, as it will always do here, it actually remoistens the hair spray just enough to rebuild the holding bond.I was going to take a star off, though, because the smell is SOOOO 1980s hairspray. It reminds me of when my auntie would do up her hair before going out, and use what had to be a full bottle of aquanet. Like, up until I literally wrote this line of my review I had it at 4 stars. But while the smell is STRONK, the hairspray just works so well, that i know I will continue getting it and I'll just learn to live with the scent. It's worth it, for how well it works.I did try other hairsprays before this one, and honestly, none hold and work as well as this does. Seventeen bucks for something that makes sure my hair looks good all day is totally worth it, smell or no!

And when I curl my hair, this will hold my curls all day without making my hair stiff or tacky, making it so easy to still brush my hair after applying it and not have my brush ripping through my hair.All the writing on the bottle is Korean, but thankfully, the shrink wrap on the outside does have a label attached in English, so all the ingredients and instructions are on that label.The smell is very reminiscent of the 1980s hairsprays, except this doesn’t leave a strong, lingering scent or a sticky residue on my hair, and my hair looks totally soft and natural, not glued together, like those old hairsprays used to do.I’ve always been a fan of Korean skin care now I’m a fan of their hair products as well. So happy I found this Daleaf styling spray!

I was able to build highs and lows with my hair, along with texture, without making a mess of my hair and overdoing it. The spray feels natural, smells nice and not overly strong, and holds ny curls for quite a long time - even through hot weather.I like this spray bottle that gives me good precision on my curls with each spray, and the ingredients seem to be ones my hair likes... it does not damage my hair or create frizz afterwards. It easily washes off. This is a nice bottle that is both easy to use and does a great job of holding my hair in various modes and styles.

So, I sprayed my hair. The scent was a lighter, fruity version of Aqua Net, which I initially worried would be bad, like Aqua Net, which always flakes. I was pleasantly surprised; there were no flakes, and my hair felt thicker and fuller. It wasn't oily or greasy either. It was also easy to apply and style, and I felt it was a professional, salon-quality product. If it weren't for the confusing ingredient labeling, I would have given it 5 stars. I also don't love the scent, but it fades. Lastly, I have 3B curls when wet and waves when dry, depending on the length.

So once I was more informed of what this was exactly, I proceeded to style my hair w it.First of all I like that the mist is on the fine side so you can easily cover a large portion without aiming at one specific spot.I also love the scent . Its fruity but minty. Kind of hard to describe but it smells good. Once on hair it gives it a nice hold without being too crunchy.Hair stays in place.Overall I found this styler to be pretty good quality and great addition to my hair styling product collection.

My first impression of this spray was that it smells really good. Kinda floral, not the typical chemically scent of regular hairspray. It is super sticky if sprayed on too thick, the English part of the label does say to spray from a foot away probably to help with this. I used it mostly as a finishing spray to keep flyaways tucked down and it did fantastic. It does get crusty, but lasts a long time. If you undo or redo your hairstyle it does not flake. That was a great feature to me because I usually wash my hair every couple days and wear my hair up for work so not having dandruff looking white spots was huge. I tried to use it as directed, on wet hair while blowing it out and it worked good but again I had some crushing at the top where I think I sprayed too much so I ended up not wearing my hair down.
