How to Use the Refill

1. Firmly pull the empty cartridge out from your original NEOGEN Metal Maxicara case.
2. Uncap the new refill cartridge and insert it into the case until it clicks securely into place.
3. To apply, place the wand at the base of your lashes and sweep upwards in a zigzag motion.
4. Use the tip of the wand to define smaller lashes. Apply a second coat for added volume and length if desired.
